Chukai has two machine shops across China, namely in Dongguan and Wuhan. Our facility in Wuhan was established over 20 years ago to support the growing Automotive industry offering high volume auto parts. In 2016 Wuhan facility was awarded the national high-tech enterprise. The factory is now over 30,000m2 with over 400 CNC machines and over 400 staff.

In 2018 Chukai opened its facility in Dongguan to support, low volume, high quality products. Dongguan has been successful supplying parts to the Oil and Gas Industry, Offshore, Subsea, Nuclear and Rail industries. The factory is now over 10,000m2 with over 100 CNC machines and 60 staff.

Safety and Quality has always been at the forefront of the philosophy of Chukai. Our QMS is constantly being reviewed to continue our excellent safety and quality record. We have a robust quality inspection division.

Established over 2 decades ago, we are a leading machining processing company to a diverse range of industries, including automotive, renewable energy, offshore drilling, and construction. Our focus to quality and innovation has enabled us to build strong international partnerships with our customers, delivering precision-engineered solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our global clients.

We have established strong partnerships with raw material suppliers. All of our machined parts being supplied with fully traceable Mill Certs, inspection certificates and CoC’s. We have experience and capacity to machine most ferrous and non ferrous material of varying sizes.

If you have a particular project, we can dedicate a team of skilled engineers that will discuss with you your specific requirements and will implement along side our procedures and QMS.
